Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original container.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your new exchange items will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
